All signs are produced and shipped out of New Orleans, LA.

Typical turnaround times for signs are around two weeks from a paid invoice being received by us. We can accommodate rush orders, for an additional fee, if a sign is needed sooner.

Yes. If there’s a specific font, certain design or logo you have in mind you can complete the Custom Request form and we can try to match what you are looking for. More often than not we can and we will do our best to create the exact sign you had in mind.

Our signs are made out of acrylic with a specific cutting method so we do not use super glue to attach the LED tubing. Acrylic color options are clear, black, or white.

The sky’s the limit! We can make signs as small or as large as you want as long as the amount of characters can fit within the size you’ve requested. A standard sheet of acrylic is 8ft wide so anything up to that size can be one piece. If the sign needs to be bigger, we can make them into multiple pieces and attach them together.

You can install the signs by either hanging them from pre-cut holes in the acrylic using the wire and clips in the hanging kit we provide or you can attach them directly to the wall using the wall mounts that we also provide. You can choose which one you prefer when designing your sign through the builder.

These signs are typically made to be used indoors and are recommended for indoor use only. If they are installed in a covered area or an area not directly affected by weather (sunlight, rain, snow, humidity, etc) then they will work fine. However, the acrylic will eventually start to fade, due to the weather, but as long as they do not get wet they should operate as intended.
